Our Construction Managment (CM) team manages all construction activites of the Holland Partner Group. On new construction projects, the CM team functions hand in hand with the Development team to track the entire project development process from concept to completion. This teamwork function ensures a smooth transition from design development through the construction process to project closeout and transition into property management. On renovation, repair and remodel projects, the CM team works closely with the Property Management team to effectively address resident notification and access during the contruction process.
